Founded in 2008, The Hair Inn of Orion is comprised of passionate and inspired hair experts who will listen to your requests and needs through a thorough consultation. Then we’ll work with you to come up with a plan to make your hair look and feel better than ever.

THE SALON

We are a clean, modern salon located in beautiful Lake Orion, Michigan.

It's more than just coming to the salon to get your hair or nails done, it's about how you feel when you leave. Mind, body, and soul are all part of the equation here. Our staff of artists is handpicked to meet a beautiful balance of individual skill and creativity, not only keeping you up to date with current trends but setting them.

    OWNER/MASTER STYLIST

    Melissa Lewis is the owner/stylist of The Hair Inn of Orion. Her outstanding achievements in color, practical and advanced applications are cutting edge, but more importantly translating that into maintaining a keen sense of real-world wearability and practical application.

    She wants The Hair Inn to be a reflection of her determination and hard work to better her industry. She is always learning and looking to expand her knowledge and practice her craft.

    She welcomes everyone into her salon like they are family and focuses on all their individual needs to accomplish their personal style. She wants everyone to leave feeling happy and beautiful.

    Melissa wants you to come in and try out the wonderful experience she has to offer you.

Over the years in the business, I have created lifelong friendships with clients and coworkers. My love for nature and wildlife is my favorite pastime. However, a raccoon is not very cooperative in the styling chair.
